The Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale is taken from the book “Ask and It is Given”. It will help you identify your current emotional state, as well as give you a step-by-step direction to get to the emotional place you WANT to be.
Only you are responsible for your emotions. Only you can change your emotional state. Remember, your emotions are simply an indicator of your current thoughts. Therefore, change your thoughts and your emotions will follow. I know it’s easier said than done, but it begins with one differing thought. Then as you move up the emotional scale, you will find it gets easier and easier.
If you are experiencing an emotion of fear or depression, be careful. This is the bottom. The bright side is that there is only one direction to go–UP! Change ONE thought, then move up the scale by one number. As you practice this exercise, you will become more proficient at changing your thoughts.
Thoughts become things, Abraham says, and your emotions are GREAT things!
